Minutes:

to 1:

  • meeting should be scheduled not more often than every 6 weeks outside the plasma operation period. 
  • length max 1h
  • acts as a general cross-information and discussion forum
  • CoDaC will attend the meeting; a key aspect will be the presentation and discussion of the prioritization of CoDaC work packages
  • Forum should also be used to inform about new/changed PhD/PostDoc projects

to 2:

  • AL presented an Excel-based inquiry to collect WP for the upcoming maintenance phases
  • the spreadsheet will be updated according to several suggestions.
  • deadline for the inquiry: 19.April 2024
  • POST MEETING NOTE: for simplicity the spreadsheet will be sent per e-mail to each individual Plant RO and should be returned to arbeitsvorbereitung@ipp.mpg.de
